Cory grew up in Ramsey, Indiana.  He considers Martinsburg Church of Christ his original home congregation.

Cory has been the youth minister at Northside for two years.  Before serving as the youth minister at Northside, he served as a Missionary in the Dominican Republic for two years. Cory has also worked as a school counselor for Hardeman County Schools for three years and as a residential youth worker at Childplace for a year and a half.

Cory and his wife, Laura Beth, have two children, Harrison and Greyson.  Laura Beth works as an Administrative Director for Manna Global Ministries.  Cory enjoys playing sports, camping, hiking, building birdhouses, going on mission trips, hanging out with The Network, and being a family man.
